The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) approved on 31 March 2011 the prospectus regarding listing on Oslo Axess of 2,000,000 New Class B Shares in Dannemora Mineral AB issued through a Private Placement. The Private Placement was completed on 25 March 2011 at a subscription price of SEK 75.00 per New Share.
Be ware of that fact that the Private Placement was directed towards Norwegian and other international investors NOT directed to Swedish investors.
