About Dannemora
Dannemora Mineral AB is a mining and exploration company, with its primary goal to make the Dannemora iron ore mine operational again. In addition, the Company intends to engage in exploration for base and precious metals in a number of areas in Uppland, where the probability of finding new mineable deposits is considered good.
Dannemora Mineral comprises the parent company Dannemora Mineral AB and two wholly-owned subsidiaries. Dannemora Magnetit AB, responsible for operation of the Dannemora mine, and Dannemora Förvaltnings AB who manages the group´s real estates and land properties. The exploration activities within the Dannemora group runs as a separate divison in Dannemora Magnetit AB.
The Company’s most important assets are the iron deposits in the Dannemora Mine, and initial activity will be focused primarily on the planned mining of these.
Dannemora Mineral´s class B shares are traded on First North in Stockholm since May 2007 and on Oslo Axess since June 2010.
